You love your podcast, but you spend too much time on it.
Don't worry, you're not alone.
After my first daughter was born in 2017, I noticed a monumental shift in my time. I used to run a side hustle nearly full-time while also maintaining a full-time job. But then as they say, kids change everything.
I didn't seem to have enough time in the day to maintain my job, run my own business, and also make time for my family. So I quit my full-time job to pursue my business. Then our babysitter quit. And since my wife is a nurse, my schedule was more flexible. I started watching my daughter more. My podcast suffered and we needed the income it was generating. Then, the pandemic hit. My wife was working even more. and in July, 2020, we welcomed our second child.
I knew that if my podcast, no, my business, no. I knew if I was going to survive, I'd need to do less. That's when I really started automating and delegating everything I possibly could. And it was life changing, like more time for my business and my family. Nothing falling through the cracks. No staying up late to publish that next episode.
Recently, I was asked how I can run my business, produce three plus podcasts, and raise three kids. We welcomed our third in December, 2021.
It's all thanks to my podcast workflows. I save 12 hours per week because of how much I was able to take off my plate by automating and delegating. And that's what I wanna teach you with this show. You'll get short tips to improve your process, grow your show, and maybe even make some money.
But you'll also get deep dives on how other podcasters do it. The world's most successful podcasters reveal their tools, processes, and systems to help you simplify the production of your own show and reclaim hours every week.
In other words, you'll be able to improve your podcast production process by seeing how the pros do it. Be sure to subscribe wherever you get your podcasts. New episodes are coming soon.
